Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you create a Full Quiver Arms account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Before completing a firearm or NFA item transfer, we also collect your date of birth and home address, as required to process any firearm sale. If your purchase involves an NFA item (such as a suppressor), federal law additionally requires us to collect your Social Security Number, a government-issued ID, and, later in the process, fingerprints and a photo, in order to complete an ATF Form 4 application on your behalf.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to manage your account and order history, complete required federal transfer paperwork (ATF Form 4473 for firearms, and ATF Form 4 for NFA items), maintain federally required Acquisition & Disposition records, and communicate order and transfer status updates to you via email and SMS. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell it to third parties.
How We Store Your Information
Customer data is stored securely in Google Firebase and Google Drive. Documents including ID scans and completed ATF forms are stored in an access-restricted Google Drive folder. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Third-Party Services
Depending on your order, we share information as necessary with: FastBound (federally required A&D record keeping), DocuSign (electronic signatures), Twilio (SMS notifications), Resend (email notifications), and our order fulfillment/distribution partners and payment processing providers, solely to fulfill and ship your order or complete your transfer.
Data Retention
Federal law requires firearms dealers to retain transfer records, and we retain records in compliance with applicable ATF regulations. As an added protection, Social Security Numbers are automatically redacted from our systems 30 days after a Form 4 application receives a final ATF decision. You may contact us to ask about your stored data at any time.

Services
Full Quiver Arms LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL Type 07 / Class 2 SOT) offering firearms, gear, and NFA item sales, along with related transfer processing. Our online customer account and portal are available to any Full Quiver Arms customer, whether or not your order involves an NFA item.
Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information on all federal firearms forms, including ATF Form 4473 and, for NFA items, ATF Form 4. Providing false information on a federal firearms form is a federal crime punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or fines up to $250,000 (18 U.S.C. §§ 922, 924).
Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional email and SMS notifications related to your account, orders, and any transfer in progress. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
Limitation of Liability
Full Quiver Arms LLC is not responsible for ATF processing delays, denials, or outcomes beyond our control, nor for shipping delays caused by our distribution or carrier partners. ATF transfer timelines are determined solely by the ATF.

Who We Are
Full Quiver Arms LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL Type 07 / SOT) located in Palestine, Texas.
How You Opted In
You provide your mobile phone number when creating a Full Quiver Arms account or during checkout online, or verbally at the point of an in-person sale. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications related to your account, your order, and any ATF Form 4 transfer in progress.
Types of Messages
We send status notifications only — no marketing or promotional content. Messages include: account setup confirmation; order confirmation and status updates; Form 4 submission received (NFA items only); corrections requested; fingerprint/photo request (NFA items only); ATF submission confirmation with reference number (NFA items only); ATF approval or denial notification (NFA items only); shipping or pickup notification.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order and transfer status. Most customers receive between 2 and 8 messages depending on whether their order involves an NFA item.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further notifications. To re-subscribe, reply START.
